- Email and CRM tooling we use to manage enquiries and customer records.
- Regulators, where we are legally required to share waste-management documentation (e.g. consignment notes).
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Some of our processors (notably hosting and email tools) may transfer data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on UK adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
